The specific responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following:
As first contact in the field, he/she is responsible for the Ruminant products in Ceva portfolio for the assigned area:
- Ensure the product leadership by creating a high level of confidence in the products
- Maintain relationship with customers through regular visits, events or calls, keep close contact with strategic Key opinion leaders and key accounts.
- Provide technical support and consultancy, an accurate and informed response to technical enquiries as required
- Ensure complete and objective investigation of product-related complaints and suspected adverse reactions.
- Support the implementation of country marketing plans, business plans and sales strategy in the market.
- Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets, identifying opportunities and developing business plans to reach them.
- Actively support business objectives and achievement of the objectives and targets by providing effective technical support to customers, sales team and through technical servicing of the ruminant products.
- Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales.
- Develop training on technical activities with the aim to share knowledge with customers and train distributor s team to support them with the customers, organizes educational program for customers, participates in main national congresses.
- Interact effectively with other professionals in the animal health industry, including those in related companies and the distribution chain;
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- University Degree (Veterinary Medicine)-Mandatory
- Field experience and solid medical and farm management knowledge
- Available to work flexible hours, able to manage his/her schedule to cover the assigned territory
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Entrepreneurial spirit, has the ability to identify new business opportunities
- A positive and proactive approach, problem-solving capabilities, generate ideas and pragmatic solutions
- Team player and service-oriented like personality, creates a friendly working atmosphere
- Strong communication skills
- High awareness to customer needs
- Confident negotiator and ability to ‘close the deal’
- Relationship building skill
- Good personal planning and organizing skills
- Able to synthesize information and make relevant reports
- Category B driving license
- English language – mandatory at least at an intermediate level
