Responsibilities:
As a Key Account Manager in the swine production sector, you are responsible for the portfolio products and for ensuring the implementation of Ceva solutions by fostering close relationships built on trust and professionalism with partners.
- Develops the sales plan for major clients, taking market conditions into account, understanding client issues and objectives, and adding value through the solutions offered.
- Provides technical consultancy regarding the portfolio products, delivering precise responses aligned with client requirements.
- Develops and maintains relationships with major clients while identifying potential new clients.
- Negotiates annual contracts with clients.
- Organizes and participates in veterinary events and congresses to showcase products and maintain connections within the veterinary medical community.
- Monitors the market and its trends, providing feedback for product improvement and sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Higher education in veterinary medicine – mandatory.
- Previous experience in sales or promotion within the veterinary pharmaceutical or related fields.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, efficiently managing time and priorities.
- Capability to understand the specifics of the activities within major livestock producers, especially in the swine sector.
- Availability for a flexible work schedule, willing to travel within the designated territory (Transylvania and Moldova).
- Results-oriented mindset, capacity to identify new business opportunities.
- Positive approach, proactive attitude, problem-solving skills, idea generation, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Good planning abilities and strong personal organization.
- Driver's license category B.
- English language proficiency, at least at intermediate level.
