My name is Razvan and I am a Sales Rep of the team Ceva Romania.

My name could equally be Ovidiu, Claudiu, Adrian or George.

Very different, complementary in the same time, we form together a true team with a precise, real, assumed purpose: to be the best in what we do.

To be NUMBER ONE. To give solutions where others didn’t manage to succeed.

Beyond budgets, beyond numbers, beyond the actual sale, we have created in time an identity of the company that is now an important name on the Romanian veterinary market.

We have started and concluded numerous success projects.

We have convinced people, our partners, to improve their commercial approach: professionalism, attitude, honesty. We are present everywhere to change things for the better.

We have searched and developed always better solutions to any new situations. We learn to say YES and avoid any other options of reply. Because NO means lack of options, means a closed gate. And Ceva Sante Animale Romania made a point in opening gates. There is always “something” to be discussed, always “something” to be improved in sales (word game: “Ceva” means “something” in Romanian).

This year I will celebrate my 10 years in Ceva Sante Animale Romania and I am proud of every day I have spent here. I am proud of everything I left behind and I look forward and in confidence to what is lying ahead.
